Our training contract is one of the most varied among leading international firms with headquarters in the City of London. Based on a four-seat pattern, you will get the widest possible exposure to different practice areas and offices around the world, enabling you to make the best and most informed choice of qualification area.
On joining, you will participate in a two-week induction programme. This will help you orientate yourself within the practice, teach you vital research skills and how to make the most of our wealth of resources.
Choosing the practice area that suits your skills and engages your interest is crucial. We will help you arrive at the right decision. You will have the opportunity to spend one of your seats on an international secondment and at least one will be in our banking and finance practice.
Our mentoring scheme will help you make the most of the vast breadth of knowledge and experience across the organisation. Your mentor will offer you everything from career insights to resolving any concerns you may have about a particular transaction you are working on, your international seats or your general progress.
We pride ourselves on our supportive culture which thrives on collaboration and encourages networking with your trainee colleagues, lawyers, partners and business services teams. You will also help to choose - or become - one of two "trainee representatives". These meet once a quarter to provide feedback, raise concerns and generate ideas to ensure your training contract is a rewarding experience.

Salaries are £38,000 in first year and £43,000 in second year.
